I have has David Trevalion repair two stocks and his work is excellent. He is quite busy and it takes quite a while to get the work done though.
I have used Jim Kelly ,Darlington SC, on barrel work and found his barrel man,Larry, to be very good and fast. 843-393-3931

That barrel bulge can be fixed in less than 30minutes. You'll still be able to see it on the inside towards the ribs but it will pound out easily and be nearly undetectable. Someone just needs the right sizes of pin gauges and a clean plastic or leather hammer. If you search the forum for my posts I have at least one where I described how I did it for a gun or two of mine.
