Trying to find C grades in 16 or 20 ga is difficult. Its like one a year becomes available and then that could be of any condition. Doug Turnbull has the CHE 16 without a safety that he has been offering for a couple years.
I have not seen a Parker with that short a grip tang to comb distance. I'll bet it could be re-contoured by an expert like Trevallion to normal dimensions without being able to tell it. |
This 16 is actually a two bbl set and NO alterations will ever be done on it as long as I have it. I just thought it was extremely small in the grip area and this comes to light when its shot. I WILL learn to adapt to it maybe even this weekend for some Pheasants. I need to give her first blood along with her little brother a CHE 20:)

Photos of both small bores, please.
I take it back. After talking to Rich I know the gun, and have shot it before. It is a wonderful and rare piece and should not be messed with. An outstanding C grade. |
