Great tale Mills, but the version I heard was the crate was stuffed full of inebriated, divorce attorneys disguised as alligators. Six to one, half dozen to the other though far less billable hours your way!! :whistle:

The article written by Charles Wheeler about the BH Parker asked the question of the reason for that gun ending up in Schenectady, NY. Since the owner was employed by American Locomotive Co. and they merged with Schenectady Locomotive Works in 1901 it is feasible the owner was transferred to Schenectady, NY
