So I now have the gun it is a interesting example of the great variety in Parkers. It's a 20 gauge 26" gun on a O frame but weights 6lbs 12oz. The chokes are .028/.028. 2 1/2" chambers. The min walls are .042/.042. It handles well for me but o need to shoot some clays. Built kind like me short and stout in the middle.

Back in the day, folks weren't fully convinced of these little guns and their tiny payloads, 3/4 and 7/8 for the 20-gauge and 5/8 for the 28-gauge, and hence full chokes were thought necessary. My started into production in September 1930 and shipped Armistice Day 1930, 0-frame 26-inch 20-gauge chambered for 2 1/2 inch shells has .022" right and .028" left. Ron's letter on my gun doesn't state where or to whom it was shipped.

I know in my years of searching out smallbore Remington Model 31 pumps, finding anything but a full choke is tough.
