10 % restocking fee for any reason What a scam !

Looks like a 10% restocking fee if returned for any reason is mentioned in the description. I suppose that is in addition to any shipping fee. Good luck with it, Mark.

I have asked seller to reconsider even before shipping....if he holds me to it, ill bite the bullet on the return fees....Caveat Emptor! Going to invest in a breathalyzer lock out on my ipad!

It is better than the one seller on GB who only regunds you IF the returned item reaells. AND, it must sell for more than the refund amount or else you get less.

I guess you can make up whatever terms you want, and if people agree to them, or dont notice them, then whatever.

If the person you are speaking of Brian is the same fella I purchased a " Repaired " ,which wasn't advertised as being " Repaired " D Grade from ,I filed a complaint about him with GB for exactly what you mentioned and won ,they " Gun Broker " sent me a letter E-Mail " thanking me for bringing this to their attention ,I had hoped it stopped ! It took some time to receive my refund but I did !
