Were there some VH's made originally with english stocks? Thanks

Sometimes when I miss cleanly my yellow lab Katie will keep hunting for the dead bird in the bush, even when I call her off. People that don't know her think she has great confidence in my shooting, but she and I know it's just sarcasm.
