Take some of those irons out of the fire and let the younger generation do all that heavy work you do. Get some rest and get better quickly.

Do what the Doctor's tell you to do. DON'T do what they tell you NOT to do. You'll be back bustin' sod before you know it. We'll be pulling for you.
