I shoot RST in my 10 ga. guns. I think I remember RST saying they made about 5600 psi with 1175 muzzle velocity.
The frames are #6 and you feel no recoil. I'm sure they are about the same for a 12.

I've used the RST shell in my 12 gauge Damascus, dating about 1900.
Does anyone use standard remington/federal loads in their Parkers?
I was wondering if shooting 2 boxes of 8 shot would be playing with fire.

People will be hesitant to advise you to shoot modern factory ammo in a damascus barreled gun they have no knowledge of the condition of.

In addition to the barrels, many will shy away from modern loads in a gun that vintage due to concerns about the wood in the stock.
