28 gauge at skeet was the first gauge I made AAA . I shot the 20 gauge in the 12 gauge and doubles events as well the last few years ! I might add the 28 gauge was the gauge I broke my first 100 straight . |
Maybe you should get him a nice 10 gauge; coach might like that.
|
or how about one of those "obsolete" 16 gauges , bet he has never seen a purple shell.

Do it right. Have Charlie send the old wrecked 8 gauge with a few black powder loads.

Harold, I hear ya on the wooden racquets! I've just started playing in a Woooden Bat Baseball league. Been playing softball for 20 years, but it's nice to feel a solid hit with a wooden bat. The older I get it seems the more I like the older way of doing things.

Mr P,
Good for your son. You encourage him to continue kicking their butts with any gun he wishes to shoot. Just shows the dumb mentality of people (meaning his "coach"). All my best to you both, John |

George, I'll let him use my 16 ga. bobbed lifter woodcock gun if he'd really like to freak out the coach.

Dean, what a cool trigger guard!
