. . . and here's the other one. Sit back and ponder for a moment what the ask might be if the guns included the original case and 2nd forend.

Did you happen to notice the frame size markings on the lugs of each of the .410 barrel sets of these two DHE 28/.410 sets? One is stamped "00", the other is not stamped. Yet other 28/.410 sets that we have seen previously have been stamped 0000.

John Dallas 01-14-2016 09:49 AM

I did not. The man who had them on his table was pushing me very hard, and At that point I didn't want to do any thing to encourage him. BTW, he was probably within 10 feet of the gentleman(?) who discharged his pistol earlier in the day

Maybe my post wasn't clear John, the first two pics show the lugs of the two 28/.410 Repros that you had seen at the OGCA Show, the third pic is of the lugs of how we have also seen them stamped. All three pics are .410 barrel sets designed to fit 00-framed Repros.

I hadn't heard of this. I'm assuming it was an accidental discharge?

John Dallas 02-01-2016 02:24 PM

It was accidental. Apparently he shot a pistol through his hand perhaps taking off his thumb. The bullet then ricocheted off the floor and hit another man in the leg
