Bruce- if not for volunteers like you, Dave Weber, Charlie Herzog, Jeff Kuss, Dick Dow, and Ed Morgan, our organization would be nothing. Thank you for stepping up and helping to make the PGCA what it is.

Doggone, I am gonna come help next year!

That will make three years in a row for Russ and the fourth one for Col. Jeff Christie. Thanks also to Bernadette Christie who helped sell tickets. Bernadette is a retired high level D C federal employee in IRS and DOD.

Dick Dow and Tony Florentine flew in from SoCal to help. Mel Hrubek is a local Des Moines resident who helped.

Mark your calendars. February 17 - 21, 2015. The venue will be Kansas City's Bartle Hall.

Russ- I have updated my post to include a more comprehensive list. Please excuse my error and thank you for all that you do for the PGCA!

Wow, that is a first class display. As has been mentioned, the time and effort that Bruce and his group go to to put on this event is mind boggling. A big thank you to all involved.

It's been awhile since I've been in K.C. Hmm!

Chuck,
How long has it been since you were in Nashville? The NRA Convention will be there April 10-12 and I believe Bruce and others will be manning a booth there as well.

Chuck Bishop 02-23-2015 10:38 PM

Last time in Nashville was about 1998. Hmm!

Ops, just realized my SxS shoot is April 11th. Anyway I hear the steaks are better in K.C.

Gotta love those hammer guns

Beautiful pics!! Looks like a great event! I especially love the "Try Gun". That's a unique piece. BTW, I hope you didn't allow any Parker's to come in contact with those nasty "Elsies"!! Don't want any of those fine Meridan guns to rust away from those bore mites.
