I load short 10's, 12 ga, 16 ga, 20 ga and 410, plus rifle and pistol ammo. Started loading 12 ga on my MEC in 1969.

I have Mec 600 jr's in 12 , 16, and 20. Loading shells is kind of relaxing( yeah, and sometimes frustrating). It allows me to have more "quality time" with my 3 setters who stay in the garage. They jockey for posistion to see who can be the closest to me, so there are lots of breaks for ear scratchin' and ball throwin'. Also have a Bose MiniLink sound system that links to smart phones and produces a tremendous sound while reloading.

Currently am loading 12 and 20 but have loaded 10 and 16 in the past. Started loading shotshells in 1962 on a Lee hand, and I mean hand, loader. It took quite a while to pound out a box of shells. No plastic wads available then and paper hulls with cardboard and fiber wads. Hulls were hard to come by in those days so I used to shoot them till I saw the first pin hole just above the brass head. Then, reluctantly, to the trash they went.
