That's the one Dean!

If you look at the GB pictures and mine you will see very minor gunsmithing to make it a bit better. A little imagination is sometimes helpful!

Congratulations on a great find Bob! It's even better because TPS list's only 40 10 gauges with 32" Parker Special Steel barrels being made.

Nice one Bob!

Beautiful gun, It looks a lot better with the recoil pad properly fitted and screws on the floor plate timed. What are the bore sizes and choke constrictions? Looked like it had an original ivory bead on it too. You have to wonder what was someone thinking and what were they doing to cut the butt in the manner they did, they didn't even look like straight lines. Were you able to clean up the butt and "fix" the chipping at the edge from the saw?

Very nice 10 Bob!

Pete,
Bores are .777 or 8. Chokes are both full. My bore gauge has trouble with anything bigger than 12. No work on stock-yet. If I decide to do it, I would send to Brian D for screw work and ask him to work with Mark Logan to put the stock back together as original. Bob J |

The wall thickness at the muzzles in the gunbroker pictures sure look like Full/Full or even fuller.
