good morning all, the barrel length is 28". What other photos do you all desire?

David Noble 07-19-2014 02:47 PM

Steven, a close up picture of the top rib at the barrel end, specifically, just ahead of the front sight. And a picture of the muzzle end of barrels looking direct on. That could give an idea if the barrels are original length.

Bbls appear uncut to my eyes. Good gun

I agree with Erick, the barrels appear to be original length.
That's a nice gun you have there.

There is a decent possibility this gun use to be my fathers gun that I have been searching for.

Stephen: Order a letter on your Parker. You might be surprised at what you might find.

Best Regards, George

George, I mailed in the form yesterday. Thanks

My "new" 1891 Parker

I was very interested to see your gun. Today, I just acquired GHE, no. 68088. It is very close to yours. I will post pictures. Good luck with your gun! This is my first Parker and although it's Damascus, the bores are in mirror finish condition. I'm going to shoot trap with it on Tuesday, using 2 1/2" Vintager loads.

Steven Berroth 07-21-2014 12:29 AM

Don - post some pictures please. good luck with the trap
