30 barrels will bring more than 28. Rest of the difference probably condition

You did good on the first one but I'd pass on the second unless he cuts his asking price in half. JMHO

Best Regards, George

Well it looks like someone beat me to it before I could get up there. Oh well back to hunting.

Well as usual things seem to work out, I was in Houston and decided to swing by Collector's Firearms(thats the shop) anyway. They didn't have the Trojan they had emailed me about earlier, they did still have the $1500 trojan, as well as a lot of other high grade Parkers, but what they did have that was not listed on their website was in fact a 32" barrel VH Parker for $1150. It seemed to be in good shape and all original, so I traded them my old 8mm Czech Mauser and paid the difference and am now in possession of a 12 gauge VH. I will post pics and description in another thread, but thanks to whomever bought the trojan that was $1000, because I am happy with the VH.

a 32" VH :corn:

I assume a 12 ga - what's the frame size?

sounds like a nice discovery

Bill Holcombe 07-08-2014 05:39 PM

If I understand my markings correctly it is a 1 1/2 frame.

Pics coming soon in the new post.
