Allen ,It is also agreed by most that have handled this gun that is is Runge engraved also ,CHE 20 !

Personally, I don't like the loose, large scroll. But maybe it was the style of the day. Also the birds sometimes look amateurish. Again, may ahve been what the market demanded. IMHO. No intent to offend.
