I have seen stacks of "Congratulations" folders on a show table years ago. However, I'm not sure they were reprints. The seller had connections and could have had real ones. The red catalog has been reproduced and looks pretty good. This is no reflection on the ebay items.

Here is another ebay listing. Card is same as one on header of our forum. Interesting to see if this is legit. Does anyone know how to tell?
There are some other Parker, LC Smith, Fox, and Remington catalogs, paper, etc. listed on ebay by some of the same sellers too. I'm not planning on bidding as I feel these are simply too risky, however if there is a way to tell if they are original, I'd love to own a piece of Parker history.

What do you guys think?

Here are some of the other pieces...

How about the first one? It seems to be the most likely to be counterfeit, and the most valuable. Anyone know what that one is called? (its the one on the top right corner of the forum page).

Anything is prime for counterfeiting. However, we have not seen obvious fakes of the "Pigeon Shoot" card, yet.
