Oh, gosh, a Krieghoff thread! My K-32 is 54 years old and still going strong. I have a couple of sets of 32", Vandalia and flat rib, a 30" flat rib, a rare 29" pigeon set, a .410 set, and my 28" K-80 barrels, Kolar tubed for skeet. There is not a screw in choke barrel in the bunch. I paid $775.00 for the gun about 35 years ago and picked up extra barrels when I could find them. Now the gun has a custom made PFS crossover stock without recoil reducer made by a Florida craftsman. Sure, I would like to have a three barrel K-20, but I don't spend enough time with competition shooting to make that an option. It has been my (non side by side) competition gun of choice for more than 30 years. Best $775.00 I've ever spent on a shotgun. I have never shot pigeons with anything but a side by side, but I may change that this year.

Guys,
I will have a Parker VH 28ga on the 00 frame with 28 inch barrels and a VH 410 on 000 frame and 26 inch barrels at the Southern side by side. If anyone has interest in either gun let me know by pm. Thanks.

Hell as far as that goes a nice old K-32 action with the same two barrels would be fine as well . Oh yeah give me a medium Monte Carlo non adjustable stock with plenty figure and I’ll be fine .

Craig: My wood is Crown Grade sporting style. My barrels are 32" flat rib IM/F. My 30" flat rib are rather unique. The are the Euro shootable carrier barrels choked .014 and .016 and light as hell and were the kind they produced for Olympic skeet a number of years ago. On medium close sporting (40 yards and under) courses they are kick ass. I have a full set of Briley tubes 20, 28. 410 for them. The 32's are for FITASC and what little trap I shoot.

Bill, I'll give you $750 for just the PFS stock! I'd love to try it sometime.

Bill Murphy 04-04-2021 12:21 PM

Chuck, my PFS is a crossover and $750 wouldn't quite cover my love for it. You're welcome to shoot it any time we meet. How about at the Central Penn shoot.

John: Is that K 80 factory case colored ? I really wanted a gold Super Scroll , Case Colored but Norbert talked me out of it.

John Dallas 04-04-2021 06:30 PM

Factory. If I remember, it was a $350 upcharge about 10-12 years ago. Someone told me that subsequently price went to $3500, then was no longer available.
