I'll have you know I finished 5th overall and both my skeet rounds were with my .410 Skeet-er and John's .410 VHE and, may I add, both are dedicated skeet guns. I shot miserably at skeet with my 28ga. Repro because of gun function failure. :bigbye:

First there was Bob Dole hawking a little blue pill for "ED", now the world is introduced to Gun Dysfunction "GD" by Dean Romig. This probably explains why over the years I have heard "GD" after a miss :)

You used your 410 Skeet-er  You mean a bicycle company gun?????????? This was a Parker shoot, your admission is a forfeiture, 5th place to DNQ!

No, no, no.....

He meant the "Skeet" gun - not a gun made by a scooter company or something...?? In fact - he shot for SCORE ONLY with the Parker .410....

John

(PS - Dean - you now - officially - owe me BIG TIME ;) )

OK I did see a scooter gun or too in the rack but they disappeared quickly, probably the owners were riddled with shame and quickly hid them. However shooting a 410 in an open competition pretty much defines the term bringing a knife to a gunfight :rotf:

Dean owes you big time, wow I thought you had enough borrowed stuff from him but now you demand more, you are a cruel man John D.

I do believe that Dean referred to my .410 as a "PEA-SHOOTER"... I'd much rather have a knife in a gun fight then a "pea-shooter"..???

;)

Not only that, but wasn't Dean the one you chastised for taking your guns apart in front of you as you took them out of your car?

John Dunkle 01-03-2011 04:20 PM

Come to think of it.......

Yes....??

I have no idea WHY he does that, but whenever I hand him one of my Parkers - off comes the fore-end..??? Nothing more - just the fore-end..??

I usually just shake my head in disbelief - but this time - just had to speak out... I actually have a picture of him doing it to my 20GA D-Grade DAM - when he thought no one was watching.....

Oh well....

;)

You mean Scott K's 20ga D-Grade Dam?

Dave Suponski 01-03-2011 04:38 PM

Geez and all this time I thought it was my 20gauge Dam D grade.....:banghead:

Did anyone find the owner of the green coat or the BHE 20 that were left behind in the club house? I haven't seen any mention of them and am just curious, I thought someone was going top post a "Lost & Found" note on the forum. Or, did I somehow miss it?
