This may apply????
"Do NOT post Internet links (addresses) of guns for sale or auction other than a member giving notice of their guns for sale in the Members Only section. Further, please DO NOT POST THEM IN THE PGCA FOR SALE FORUM! In short, if you do NOT own the firearm for sale, or have the right to sell it – do not post it in the PGCA For Sale Forum. The PGCA Member “Off Topic” forum would be just dandy, though"

Bob,
I posted that and deleted it. Our new friend did not post a link, only a reference to an eBay listing. I think we need a judgement from our good webmaster, John.
I can see where John wants this in the Members Only Off Topic sub-forum.

Bobby,
Thanks for thinking of us anyway. :bigbye:

Motives are questionable in any situation such as this. Also, I like the rule. Nothing much worse than finding an auction you like and then finding someone has posted it here for the masses to see without putting forth the effort to find the deals. Such is life.

My motives were to simply inform members here of the availability of an orphaned Parker barrel, nothing more. I have since deleted what I could from and have apologized for the post.

I have the feeling that an ebay listing for an orphaned barrel or other part would be within our rules if put in the proper category, where we look for missing parts. I believe it is a members only subforum.

Bill would be right on target.. I think - and maybe I'm alone in all this, but, I'm a firm believer that "PGCA Membership has it's Privileges" - and posting in the Member Only sub-forum (Off Topic), would be fine...
In saying that - first - I would like to THANK Bobby for his understanding and deleting his original post.. Bobby - simply - thank you!
As for all the others in this thread - please note I've "thanked" each and every one of you for handling this as gentlemen and kindly reminding the OP about the site guidelines...
I really wish all threads were self-moderating in this same fashion...
My sincerest thanks again to all of you..!
John
