Just bought my second Parker. A VH 20ga on an O frame. Man I have spend the money the last 30 days. I'm addicted. Is there a rehab program for Parker addiction. Maybe I can get into one early so I don't go broke. May try to load photos at a later date.

Grald, where did you find this VH20? There is no known cure for Parker addiction.

Gerald,
Too late, you have contracted Parkeritis!
The good news is that while addictive it is not fatal. Rather it will elevate you to the “Esteem” level in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
Later when you write articles for the Parker Pages and Double Gun Journal, you will reach the highest level, Self Actualization.
Now do you see how great it is to be addicted to Parkers?
Happy collecting,
Mark

Actually saw it a while back on Gunbroker. Didn't meet reserve at that time. I contacted the gun shop owner recently and he still had it. So we worked out a deal. Since there is no cure I guess I just won't fight it. I can shoot my 16ga vh off my rt shoulder and my 20ga vh off my left. Has anybody also used their legs/feet if they have more that two Parkers to shoot? Illustrated photos with caption on how to preform such a feat would be appreciated.

We know it will be agonizing but you will just have to suffer through shooting them one at a time, to avoide parker overdose.

This may be debatable , your welfare may depend on your Better Half ...:rotf:

Yes. It's known as a wife.

Trust me on this-THERE IS NO CURE!!! The addiction does seem to change with time though, usually to more expensive and harder to find Parkers.
You will also make some great friends that will help you feed the need.

Let me tell you, it's more than addictive. Over the past year I've adopted a 12ga. VH, 20ga. VH, 12ga. CH, 12ga. J.P. Saur & Sohn sxs and a 12ga. L.C. Smith field. It wouldn't be so bad, but I have not pumped the brakes on my competitive shooting which of course requires a new gun every 6 months.... so be careful Gerald, there's no known cure
