We need lots of high quality pictures to even begin to comment on your gun.

Without any pictures to help determine its value, my guess is 200.00--- 450.00.

You've seen it, we haven't, so my automatic mental image is of a gun that's been embellished to one persons idea of what an antique should look like, and since we've seen so many hack jobs, the mental image ain't pretty. It is equally likely it could be historically important, so give us more to go on than our past experience of messed up guns.

Marshals badge and the rest are likely recent additions and would add no value to the gun.

If you can't get a picture of the gun, how about a picture of the beads? We haven't seen that before.

I wonder if the "Marshall's Badge" is the initial plate in the wrist?

I've seen them with fake police badges nailed to the stock, with the beads and all I just assumed.....

Yeah, that's where I figured this was headed. If the add on's are real they'd be the first I've ever seen and I've seen several done up this way. A friend has an old sawed off single shot muzzle loader that's done up in a very similar way.
