Administrator Question

Question For Administrators: In every post I open I have at least one word that is highlighted in blue and underlined. When I put the cursor over that word I get a window that says "Easy Online". If I click on it another window opens. One of those windows offers Walmart cupons. I have the pop ups blocked. This started a week or so ago. How do I get rid of this?
