Jim, I have just such a gun, mine is a 1910 GHE, and it is one of my favorites for a heavy field gun. What is wonderful about these guns is that Parker used great, well figured black walnut for the stocks, the damascus barrels are extremely strong and they are just perfect guns as Parker made them. Great inletting for the dogs head butt plate and with the sunken dogs head. Not to mention the Parker perfect case colors. They were so popular that in my opinion, the G damascus 12ga's made or cemented the Parker reputation.

I understand these are getting somewhat hard to find now, so many have been messed with and altered.

Describe the gun you are looking at by grade and type of barrel steel. Please also confirm the serial number.

Acme steel barrels? That's interesting. If it's truely a D-grade, there would be a "3" under the serial number on the water table.
