As David mentioned earlier he and I met with Rick Hemmingway this morning. Here is what I think Rick said and what I think I understand about the events.

Rick normally has 3-4 pre-registrations for any of his events. He now has 25 pre-registered. It appears this is going to be tremendous. We all need to be a part of it.

The early arrivers can start shooting at noon Thursday if they want.

The Parker-Smith Fall Challenge will be the same as the Spring Challenge, except, you can shoot as many qualifying rounds as you want until noon Saturday. Top 5 scores make the team.

The Parker-Smith Trap Challenge qualifier can be shot from noon Thursday until noon Saturday as many times as you want. Top 5 scores make the team.

The main event is both Saturday and Sunday. You can shoot only on Saturday if you choose and pay only $50.

The Blue-Gray event for now will be at 10:00 Saturday morning but may be rescheduled for a differnt time.

You must register in the Club House and pay fees there.
You must also register at the Parker tent and establish your categories.

I failed to mention in my earlier post that I will have my travel trailer set up next to the guest cabin as a hospitality center. We will have refreshments
(the good kind) and a place to rest, relax, tell stories, and admire each others beautiful Parkers. Cheers, Tom
