View Full Version : Parker experts-does is this correct??

I was looking at Julia's fall auction offering. They list a CH 86469 with Bernard barrels-----The top rib appears engraved and not roll stamped and the little arrows at the end of the text are missing----this is a 1898 gun? Just trying to learn would this be correct? The Parker Story shows a roll stamped rib marking for this period. Thanks Sorry about the English in my title I sent it off before I could correct it. Here are some pictures of mine. I have no comment on the Julia's picture other than "never say never".
Mine is engraved, not 'roll stamped'.

Dean ,I really like the little scrolls on each side of the Script where you usually see the arrows ! Beautiful Barrels ! Russ

Here's another of mine. I believe this one is roll stamped, not engraved.
