Do all BTFEs have a reinforcing rod in them?
If not all have them, when do they have them and when not?

I believe they all have the "Rod" except for the .410 beavertail.

All original Parker and Remington Parker beavertails except the .410 have the reinforcing screw or rod as well as the one-piece forend lug.

TPS says that there were a couple guns listed in the stock books (as early as 1915) as having extra long and wide "tips". These guns were about 8-10 years before the btfe or "trap" forend was a catalog offering or began to appear more often in the records. Hard to tell if these couple of special order guns had the bolt. But most certainly any after the early 1920's would.
