I am very partial to double triggers (to me true select trigger) but am thinking there may be room for a single trigger repo. Deals are out there and I would like a twelve gauge. I hear a lot about problems with the ST and am apprehensive as I would probably have to buy on line as I rarely come across repros in my area.
I would appreciate any advise as to what to look for, questions to ask, or anything that would hint a problem. Also any experiences good or bad.
As always thanks for any help!

I have had several repo Parkers in 20 & 28 all with single triggers and never had any type of problem with them.

I've owned a lot of Repros both single and double triggers and over the years I've had two single trigger guns that doubled. Took them to my gunsmith and he was able to fix them but then the trigger pulls were a little harder than I like. You can send single trigger guns out to a gentleman in Oregon I believe and he will change them to double for around $250 if my memory is correct which it usually isn't. He did a 20 for me and I'm very happy with his work. I still have one single trigger Repro and I've never had any problem with it and it has taken a number of grouse.
