I wrote to Anthony to try to assist him with some Parker parts and his wife Lonnie informed me that Anthony had a heart attack Tuesday last week and had to go in for Bypass surgery. Seems they did 5 bypasses. Lonnie wrote to me today and let me know he is home recovering. I have not had an opportunity to meet Anthony in person, but wanted to pass this on to those whom may know him, or may have read some of his postings. My prayers go out to Anthony and Lonnie and I wish Anthony a speedy recovery.

Tony get well soon. My prayers and best wishes are with you and yours. My dad had 5 way bypass in 1988 May and was Bear hunting with me in Maine the middle of Sept. He was 73 at the time and lived until 2003. His heart never faltered after the bypasses. Jim

Tony, Kiss that wife of yours. A woman that loves her man enough to thak him to a gun show while recovering from a medical condition like that is a blessing from God.

Anthony;
I have had 2 heart attacks in my lifetime. Both due to stress. I quit smoking, and don't drink any alchahol, but I made it a point to see how many miles I walk a day, and that I think is the best medicine. Be careful, you will start soon to remember how good you felt a few years ago. Above all maintain a healthy diet.... No you can't have any of that!!

I believe in bicycling as an exercise tool particularly for those who are heavy or who have joint problems and need to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. There are many ways a person can start . If there is any way I can help and encourage people, let me know.

Cancer survivors, obesity, multiple heart attack survivors, stress recovery, I've met so many people bicycling who have inspiring stories. So PM me, call me, I'll help.
