New 4 gauge hulls are available from Alan Myers, Vicarage Farm, New House Lane, Winmarleigh, Preston Lancashire, England PR3 0JT. Alans email is: gooseguns@talk21.com.
I purchased 50 hulls from him last Fall. I had to wait about three months for him to have them made as he has them made only once a year. And Boys, they are not cheap!!!!
He supplies loaded ammo for local shooters however he will not ship loaded ammo to the US. He will supply loading data if you ask him to. His hulls use the standard 209 primer and are 4" long. The over-shot card is glued in. Due to the stiffness of the hull you can not use a fold or roll crimp.

Look on the just ended gunrunner auction. I could not get past the "sleeved" marking.

P.S. Nothing you get from Alan will be cheap, I've shot geese with him and that wasn't cheap either.

Yeah you're right, a buddy was watching it and I'd swear he said it closed at $9k.
