E-mail notifications

Every time some one post on any site I have visited I get a e-mail notification, needless to say my e-mail are full of these! How do I stop these notifications? HELP PLEASE! Thanks Gary

Gary,

If you mean that every time you post to a Parker Forum, you get an e-mail notification that there was a reply to that Forum, try this:

Select User CP from the main menu bar
Look to the far left to Your Control Panel
Select "Edit Options"
When your on that page, go to Messaging and Notifications
Go to "Default Thread Subscription Mode
Hopefully the drop down box will say "Instant email notification"
Try changing it to "No email Notification"

Mine says "Instant email notification" and I do receive e-mails whenever I post to a thread and it's replied to.

As well, at the bottom of every e-mail - just read and click the links to unsubscribe from either that thread - or all your subscribed threads... ;)
