Is anyone else experiencing problems getting their orders from CSMC/Galazan's?

I placed an order for a couple hundred bucks worth of fairly basic stuff---recoil pads, action screws, finishing oils and wax, etc. about a month ago. I've since called twice to check on the status of my order and been told twice that it hasn't been lost, but they are experiencing unspecified "problems in the warehouse". I still haven't received my supplies. Does anyone know whether they are experiencing a labor strike or something of that magnitude to result in such delay?

I usually get my stuff the next day, but I'm in Connecticut too.

I've always received prompt service too, which is what is making this order so unusual.

I have had bad experiences with them and only order from them when I have no other choice

I have found their customer service to be nothing short of horrible. However, they make and sell things that nobody else does, so hey, wadda ya gonna do... love my RBL baby.

I've only had good luck on getting the items they have in stock right away. But I noticed on their stock shields ($38) for example they are backordered forever and Midway which sells CSM's shields for $25 are also obviously backordered. So their supply source must be the one having problems. Hope they are USA made and not hung up on a boat somewhere.

I placed an order from them a little while ago. Got it within a week. I thought a bit slow. But it did come.

I have a grip cap on back order. Maybe Parker Factory #1 in Shanghai is having issues.

I heard the Shanghai factory is closing when the factory in Turkey comes on line.

It is really about time that we made some more of our enemies extremely prosperous with all of our manufacturing and loans to us.
