PGCA ELECTION OF DIRECTORS: SPRING 2012
REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE
Frank Sweeney, Chairman; Charlie Herzog; Jeff Kuss

Josh Loewensteiner and Dean Romig, Life Members of the Parker Gun Collectors Association, have been nominated to run for election as Directors of the PGCA for the two Director positions beginning new terms in 2012. In accordance with the current Procedure governing the Election of Board of Directors, which addresses the situation when the number of nominees is equal to the number of Directors to be elected, Josh Loewensteiner and Dean Romig will serve as Directors of the PGCA for a period of three years commencing May 1, 2012. Their biographical sketches will appear in the Summer 2012 edition of the Parker Pages, and no election of Directors will be held in 2012.

Thanks very much Frank, for that announcement. Last year I came in third in a race for two positions for the BOD and I must say that I am proud to have lost to those two gentlemen, Dave Suponski and Jim Hall and gaining the seat on the BOD this time by default is okay with me. And I am lucky and glad to serve on a team that will "do good things".

CONGRATULATIONS to both Dean and Josh! Both men are very dedicated and committed to the goals and policies of the PGCA and will continue to further the growth of our great collecting and shooting "fraternity"!
