How to pay for Guyette & Deeter auction wins.

I won lot #63 with an online bid and need to know how to pay my bill. Not exactly sure how much it will be with buyer's fee and shipping. Do I call them tomorrow or will they contact me?

That was a nice gun Dave. I almost jumped in on it, for the price. As it happened last time for me, they will process invoices early next week. The office I am guessing will be closed at this time again so they can accomplish this efficiently. Calling wont help during this time. You will be sent the invoice to the e-mail you registered to bid with containing instructions on how to pay and if you are shipping or picking up. Follow the prompts. I seem to remember having to call when they were back open for regular business to get a wire transfer done however. Congrats on the gun.

Thanks Dylan, I put my bid in before I left for work and was really surprised that I won for the price realized. If I had not been at work with no cell phone service, I might have bid on some other guns that sold at very reasonable prices. Did you win lot #40? Oh, thanks very much for the info!

No, I only tune in for pre selected lots of interest to me. Being one swipe away from accidentally bidding the value of my house on other lots is a bit to much for me.:)

I don’t believe they are automated, I think they are producing them manually which can take some time from a 2 day all day auction. They are closed probably to eliminate the never ending onslaught of phone calls the days after preventing them from doing this efficiently and delaying the progress further.

When I log into the action website it shows that I won the gun for about 2/3 my max bid, so there were no tie bids on the floor. I will try to call them tomorrow if I don't get an e-mail by then.

When I got off work today, I checked to see if I had received an invoice for the
Parker VH, I had won on Guyette and Deeters last auction. I had not, so I called and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the price that I saw when I logged into the website the day the auction ended included the buyer's premium. I thought it was my winning bid. Anyway, I paid for it over the phone with a credit card and gave them my FFL phone # and will be patiently waiting to get a new to me Parker in my hands.

The very nice lady I spoke to said the reason I hadn't gotten an invoice yet was because they did not have an e-mail address for my account
even though I have received multiple e-mails from them recently.
