G&D catalogs

Does anyone know when the G&D catalogs will be mailed?

Generally speaking the online catalog is available before the paper copies are mailed out. I don't know a timeline but I imagine another 30 days before the mailings. But I could very well be off a week or so either way. The online catalog isn't up yet.
