A Parker that has the forend lug came undone and needs to be re-soldered back in place who does this ? has anyone successfully used structural / industrial epoxy on this area? Thanks, Doug

Forend lugs can be re-soldered without too much trouble. There is no reason to resort to incorrect ways of repairing, like epoxy.
