Other than rst, does anyone have a source for a lighter load 16 ga?
I use the Fiocchi field and dove for clay shooting and. Know the Parker can take it, but it does have a little kick to it.

The Armusa loads for 16g are light/low pressure for vintage guns correct???

Yes
The armusa, like rst is a light load that I use in my hammer gun. Armusa is a little less expensive than rst, but sometimes out of stock.
I was hoping to find a low recoil like the Fiocchi 1075 fps to use in my Parker VH 16 ga

The 16 ga 2 1/2 in at 6600 psi would be even lower in a 3 inch chamber correct?

I’m not an expert at this,
Perhaps someone else could weigh in.

Yes, the pressure would be lower but not significantly so. Velocity would be somewhat lower too.
