I bought a good ol’ Model 21 Tournament Skeet.
Impossible drops of 1 3/4” x 1 3/4”.
Didn’t seem quite right but then sometimes neither am I.

A whole bunch of dowels in the head and neck from an ancient bending.

It couldn’t be saved. After 6 months it’s my turn on the stockmans bench.
I received these images this evening.

Bobby, I shot Olympic (bunker) trap hard for 10 years with an unmolested Browning Superposed Pigeon Grade Lightning Trap 30" gun that came from the factory with 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 DAC/DAH. Stock was a standard (non-Monte Carlo): straight as an arrow and shot like a house afire!

Wow! Very close match in grain to the original stock! What are the measurements going to be now?

If I understand my wife correctly. This is the type of gun that would be suited to a female shooter. A woman's anatomy has less muscle around the collar bone, a slightly longer neck and a higher cheek bone.
With standard drops on a gun, it sits lower on the woman's shoulder and more on the collar bone and more likely to cause a bruise with the recoil.
Now, of course, I'll have to find a model 21 with similar measurements, to test this theory :)

I remeber quite a few comp guns over the years with similar dimensions. They always shot well for their intended use.
