Is the D4 4 iron Turkish Damascus barrel's considered stronger than other Damascus grade's? Iv'e been shooting High Gun & Perfect Pattern powder at approx. 5000 psi.

Not at all. They are the same strength and 5k psi is fine for them as long as the wall thickness is sufficient with no serious dents or pits.

Crolle Damascus
2 Crescent No. 8 Knickerbocker 3 Rod Oxford (undoubtedly Belgian sourced), c. 1905 – 53,000 and 56,500 psi.
1 Wm. Powell Birmingham 3 Rod Oxford – 54,500 psi
1 Unknown English maker 3 Rod Oxford – 49,000 psi
1 Unknown source 3 Rod Oxford – 54,000 psi
1 Parker D4 4 Rod Turkish – 57,500 psi
1 Parker DD 6 Rod Turkish – 55,000 psi
For comparison Parker Titanic, post-WWI Vulcan, and Trojan steels were essentially the same; AISI 1030 and 1035 medium carbon steels with a tensile strength of 76,000 - 85,000 psi.

The arrows indicate the ribband edge welds. The scrolls are typically compressed with the edges are 'jumped' and the weld line is straight; not the wavy 'zipper' weld down the middle of the other scrolls

DD is usually only seen on Grade-5 and higher Parkers as original barrels. I know of a Grade-2 hammer gun with two sets of Damascus barrels, one of them is DD Damascus and is not original to the gun.
