8g HIGH COMBINED PARKER GUN AWARD

Here’s the skinny on the 8g High Combined Parker at the Southern. To qualify you must shoot the 30 bird 8g 5-Stand on the Dove Field and the PGCA 8g 50 bird event on the course. Your first round on the 5-Stand is your round for score. Please take your 50 bird card into the Parker booth and tell them the 5-Stand score which will be corroborated with Rick’s scoresheets. The high score for the combined events will win the trophy sponsored By Rock Mountain Sporting Clays. Let’s make some noise!!!

Just in case someone doesn’t know, Rick gives a trophy for his 5-Stand event and Deep River will be giving a trophy for the 50 bird field event.

Might I make a suggestion for those of you getting in this combined event . After shooting each event take a picture of your score sheet with your phone and hopefully if any hiccups occur you have proof of what you say .

I don’t think you should leave out Stan , Daniel , Shane , Caleb , Philip and last but not least Steggy . All mentioned can shoot the mountain howitzer quite proficiently .

A fellow from the Facquier VA area Ken Georgi shooting a European 8 gauge isn’t a slouch either .
