Hello All,
This is a newbie to the forum from Texas. i am new to the website and new to Parker guns. Not a collector at all. Just came across an old Parker Gun that i am trying to identify. I do NOT intend to ever fire a round. I just became intrigued researching the history of PARKER and side by sides. Again, my intent is to identify the gun initially and then see if i can locate a replacement (right-side) hammer and capscrew that is missing. i hope to display it and it be a conversation starter. It is in REALLY bad shape and difficult to locate/identify the markings. I will try to send pics when i can figure out how. Hope i am following protocol for you guys.

(And NO, it was not used at the Alamo! Thought it would be a good tagline! Bad idea?)

This particular shotgun is not made by Parker Brothers of Meriden, CT which is the primary point of interest here. It is a European (Belgian) made gun that has no relation.

Thanks for the input Mr. Dudley. It does however, have PARKER Stamped on both sides of the gun. My apologies for the rust. My interests lie in finding a replacement Hammer/screw for the right size that is missing. Any recommendations? Again, I do NOT intend to restore or ever fire this gun.
