Well, when it rains, sometimes it pours. Just when we had Miss charlie Rae under control and not destroying my stuff a god friend ask me to take his 9-month-old English Ryman setter! We had to think on it for a day and was unsure of having two puppies at one time, never a good idea. We were leaning to say no....My friend had some additional medical issues and ended up in the hospital the next day. He has a bad hart. His wife called from the hospital and asked when we were picking up Daisy.....long pause, then I started to explain our thoughts. Oh no you have to come get her. She insisted, OK we will come Sunday for her. That was just before Christmas. Fast forward to now, all has worked out, Daisy has stopped destroying our stuff and is fitting in perfect. Dave has recovered and is also very happy that we are keeping Daisy and we are! She is a special girl, an orange-Belton out of Wiese Kennels. Anyway her are some pics of my crew. Charlie is now 15 months and daisy is 1 year. They both are scheduled for a month of bird dog boot camp for training. (-: It will do them so much good in many ways! SXS Ohio

My first setters were Ryman type setters from a bloodline that produced somewhat smaller Ryman dogs. Then had some Ryman/ grouse trial type mixes. One of my best friends gifted me one of his field type setters, Fancy, and now have 2 of her daughters. Always wanted a Gordon setter in the mix, but 3 setters has maxed
me out. I'm sure my current 3 won't be my last.
