Mr. Koneski and I are planning on going to Pheasant Fest. Can someone fill us in with the needed information such as to preferred hotel lodging, restaurants, admission costs, etc.? We would like to help at the booth. Does anyone know if they rent electric scooters?
Thanks,
Chuck

Never been to it. Tell me why I should go please. No, really, give me a good enough reason so I want to go.

Sorry for the late response here.
PGCA attendees,
The PGCA will have 2 booths at PF. It looks like of the ~750 booths, there are about 50 left. I chatted directly with the PF rep and they have enough folks like the PGCA recently submitting they expect a complete sell out.
Rooms are best on the PF web page. The Crown Plaza is $169 a night with 2 queen beds, tax all in per night $202. I looked at other hotels in the area and they were higher$$$.
Bruce Day has been dedicated to this being a success and will run point for the display.
The event times:
Friday March 7, 12-6pm
Sat March 8, 9am-530pm
Sunday March 9, 9am-4pm
Move in for vendors is:
Thursday March 6, 9am-7pm
Friday March 7, 8am-10am.
The move in and tear down are most critical for Bruce, so anyone that wishes to volunteer to assist based on travel is greatly appreciated and coordinate with Bruce. He will let you know if we need you and don’t be offended if he already has the sufficient help.
All the best PGCA friends.

Elaine and I will attend, and I've contacted Bruce to commit my help in set up and take down, and manning the tables.

Reminds me of the Sci Fi novel from which the movie "Blade Runner" was crafted; "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?"

Chuck, I checked the PF website and did a search for accessibility to no avail. I’m sure they must have some way to accommodate folks with “new” hip joints. I’ll also try the Convention Center site and will let you know what I find.
