Hey everyone! I wanted to share with you the new addition to my family. All of you who helped me on my thread "What do I have?" know I had been thinking about adding to my family amongst all of the grief we have endured, and I must say it has help myself and my girls through the rough patches. In honor of everyone here that has helped me along the way and given me words of wisdom and hope, I would like you to meet my new family member....please allow me to introduce to you my friend, lovingly named........PARKER....

I will say, truthfully, every time we say "Parker" I think of all of you guys and the wonderful new friendships and outpouring of support and hope for my family. It's been awhile since my heart has not felt grief and anger and it is so refreshing to feel love again in my heart for this little guy!

Looks like there's enough extra skin to make another pup. Ears too!:rotf:
I'll bet when he lays down and spreads out, it looks like Parker on a Parker skin rug. He's a beauty, enjoy!

My girls have taken over the bedtime routine with him. I was outvoted on that right away hahahaha. I've advised them to snuggle while they can, because soon they will be screaming "MOM!!!! Come get Parker, he's hogging the bed!"

Thats a money maker dog! Train him to find Parkers and charge a finders fee. Don't you wish, well any way good luck during the terrible two's.

What a cutie, they will spoil you quicker than a graded small bore Parker.
Just wait untill he grows into those feet!

What a fine looking dog. Yard training is very important. "Whoa, heel, come." They are the big three. Your pup will love you for it. Whoa takes the place of stay and sit. It means "Stop what you are doing, whatever that is and stay put until I tell you different". Good luck.

Hahahahaha! You guys are too much! I'm sure we will have our disagreements and frustrations but I am looking forward to it. I'm going to try and train him to be my hunting buddy, but we will see how that goes. Thanks for all of the well wishes!
