I would like to recognize our PGCA member Matt Hanson for his extraordinary work on a very special case. Not only is he a relentless salesman for our raffle tickets, he is a generous and consummate representative of the PGCA organization. I watched this weekend at the Great Northern SxS as he patiently helped a gentleman navigate becoming a member along with his son. This all the while displaying his cases to the public (not necessarily his job to sign up members).

At any rate, I also wanted to commend him on a great job with a special case he did for me. This case is a re-purposed A&F flyrod case (as best I can tell). At first we thought it too thin, but found it is definitely sufficient for a zero frame 16 gauge T/A hammer gun. The barrels are 36" on a Grade 2 gun. My hastily arranged accoutrements don't do justice to the job Matt did with the case. Very appreciative.

Mr. Hanson is something else. What a great case for an extraordinary gun. What do you suppose the original owner did with that gun?
