Hi Cecil, Welcome to the PGCA Forum.
The ID & Serialization book skips over your serial number but I checked and there are surviving records on Parker 107073 to support a Research Letter.

Incidentally, by a strange coincidence I know folks in Vermont by the name of Parker who are related by marriage to Allbrights... Small world, isn't it?

We would enjoy seeing pictures of the gun. Close up details of all markings on the frame and barrels can provide information for discussion. By the Serial Number it was built in 1901.
Cheers,
Jack

Here are some photos. All original except the butt pad which I think he had installed when he bought it!

You really have something there!!

I wish I had the gun that I used to shot my first rabbit but it was stolen 35 years ago.

Very nice Cecil. In the 3rd picture showing the trigger plate, the two mis-aligned screws have likely been re-installed on the wrong side. There is a definite left and right screw. If you are comfortable removing them and re-installing, they will likely stop with the screw slot in line with the long axis of the gun. DON'T JUST USE ANY OLD SCREWDRIVER. The only screw drivers to touch such a gun are hollow ground tips that completely fill the slot (width, length and depth).
You don't want to damage the screw heads.

Also, if you are comfortable with taking off the forestock and removing the barrels, there can be interesting information stamped into the barrel flats and the frame.
A picture of the muzzle end of the top rib may give a bit more info.

Cecil,

Can you identify the recoil pad? Does it have anything writen on it? It's not a Hawkins, silvers or Jostam.

Sorry, forgot . . . afraid to mess with the screws!
