I knew going into the purchase of a Parker the Beavertail has an ever so slight hairline crack. I am wanting to have this fixed before the world pigeon shoot in Portugal so I can bring it with me.
Since I recieved the gun I have about 1100 rounds of the RST pigeon loads through it and I can see it has lengthened about a 1/16th of an inch. So I would need this done in less than 4 weeks.

Cannot but second Bill F.'s endorsement of Peter Kogut. All the work he ever did for me was fist class, elegant, and has more than stood the test of time. His use and treatment of ebony wood extensions, braces and reinforcements is as good as any Old-World craftsmanship I have yet encountered.

PS..
Pete does the best leather recoil pads that I have ever seen.
He just put one on a grade 2 hammer gun that had a butt plate beyond repar.
Pete can fill in the V in the stock left by the plate as part of the leather cover, looks sensational...just for your info in case you ever want to try something differant...Bill
