Went fishing today; high was around 70. Weird! Fishing wasn't good but a great day to be out and about. I was stuck by the beauty of the fallen leaves; it was like walking on a huge Oriental carpet. My cell phone pics don't do them justice, but what a display! The difference between those on the shore and those still in the water was interesting...

Great photos, Phil. I especially like when the leaves fall to the bottom and retain some color. The tea-like staining of the water also makes the color seem more rich.

Likelymight time temp of the water doesn't get cold enough to trigger the color change.
