Will I be notified when my membership is due or is there a way to tell when it is due?

NOrmally you will just notice that a "members only" item will not open for you and it reminds me that I forgot to renew, which is easy to do online and they will get it reinstated quickly, usually the same day.

I don't recall any notice that it has or will expire.

I’ve received postcards in the mail about one month in advance as a reminder of my annual membership dues being due, you’ll likely receive the same.

I’ve always received a card in the mail about a month before my membership expires.

I always get the card, too.

But discrepancies are not unknown, whereby you are paid-up, but the system has not fully reflected that for the Forum, and you notice that you are characterized when online as a "Forum Associate" and not a "PGCA Member".

An email by you to Mary Bowes, the PGCA Membership Coordinator, will quickly straighten the discrepancy out.

Given my failing memory I decided to become a lifetime member. Now I do not have to worry about renewals. Something to consider.

If you look at the mailing label on your quarterly Parker Pages magazine it also list the month and year of your member expiry date. I also receive the postcard reminder in the mail a few months before the date.

Would it be cheaper/easier to email the notification?

The easiest thing to do is pony up the $500 one time for a life membership then it’s all irrelavent the rest of your existence
