Remember the DH12, the last Damascus barreled Parker that was in the house of my wife's uncle, well was over there again today and found a few more interesting guns:
GH 12, 30 " damascus barrels that were blued over, fishtail top lever,
shiny bores but suspect probable reaming as they are open choked. The gun is on a 1 frame, and the frame has been recase colored.
Ser# 66597, may be some one can look it up to see what the book says. Would be a handsome gun if the bluing stripped and damascus refinished. If it actually had steel barrels, I might get it for a pheasant gun.
The only other interesting double was an LC Smith Trap Grade 12 with 28" barrels, slightly rough bores.
